Vision for Life - Justice & Generosity

May 30th, 2018

As followers of Jesus, we are citizens of two cities, Denver and the Kingdom of God. We live out the ways of the kingdom in Denver as it is in heaven. What does it look like to engage social justice, poverty, inequality and the practical needs of our Denver neighbors in a distinctly Kingdom way? In this class series, we'll learn that JUSTICE and GENEROSITY are two rich biblical themes that are meant to stoke our imagination and saturate our lives. The class will cover both biblical theology and practical approaches to justice and generosity.

Lights snacks provided.
Childcare available for 6 mos-5th grade. Please register your child(ren) here.

The Capitol Hill Fellowship Group is hosting a work day on Saturday, June 23, to beautify this space. The project includes replacing and repairing portions of the existing fence, building planter boxes, and landscaping with low-water plants. Lunch provided for volunteers.

The closet needs to be cleaned out since it's the end of the school year and re-organized for a solid start for the next group of students and their children. Coffee and snacks provided.
